Hugely disappointing to pay a lot for a premium room and find it anything but. A myriad of issues that could easily be handled by a focused management along with room facility issues

Overall, the hotel is very ordinary and does require an upgrade. Hotel room facilities were of very poor condition with some needing repair. Your charges are for a five star hotel but I would not rate anymore than 3 if that. Sorry but will definitely not be returning to this hotel. The only benefit is your location otherwise No more
