Booked a 3 night deal here theough Luxury Escapes, however only time I could get was a Sunday to a Wednesday, nice enough place, set in a residential area so we were overlooking houses, not to far a walk to the beach. Was really looking forward to trying the Thai restaurant on site, was pretty disappointed on Monday when I realized it was closed Monday and Tuesday night and reception didn’t mention this when i checked in Sunday so customer service was pretty poor in that aspect. As it was in a residential area everything surrounding was closed. We were in a studio room and the toilet was in with the shower and water went everywhere, not a great set up. Bed was not the most comfortable. Glad i didn’t pay full price as it was not worth it. Pool looked nice but be careful when raining as water everywhere, we had to go through pool to get to our studio courtyard room. Okay stay, however don’t think we’ll be back.

A lovely looking place but the management/staff/owners/Minor Hotels Group have sub-standard customer service, refund policy and inexperience providing a very bad overall experience hence I will never ever return or recommend to anyone.
