Stayed here as was attending a conference over the road. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to anyone!

.great position in town.exterior presented poorly, but after opening the doors it was presentable.entering the room ,quite nice .old dining chairs ,one broken,could have been updated.kitchen sink tap very loose ,but useable.great blockout curtains .great to have another tv in the bedroom,bathroom vanity sink cracked but useable.washing machine had no instructions. The worst thing was the mould buildup around the bath tub tiles.disgusting!.after filling the bath tub up with water,the scum residue coming out from the spa jets was absolutely disgusting!.

Great location for walking and using the free tram to get to all the main attractions. I booked a superior one bedroom which was well equipped, nicely furnished and clean. Great balcony although the road below was quite noisy. The staff were all lovely and helped without question when a small problem arose. Great value for money.
