Good: spa, pool, sauna, gym, washing machine and dryer, kitchen facilities well stocked. Bad: price was steep (common problem in Sydney), no view, tiny bit hard to find the entrance, most of all the white lighting in the whole apartment just gave me a headache. No warm lights or soft lamps, i ended up throwing a brown shirt over a lamp and using a coloured screen on the tv to light the room.

I loved everthing about this hotel from the room to the Leisure Centre. Everything was great except for the paper thin walls and the noisey neighbours next door who blasted music through the walls at 5am. Luckily staff were understanding and happily moved me to a different room. Location wise it was ideal... in walking distance to darling harbour and a short distance to get train ride to the CBD.

Staff are really lovely, easy to talk to, and make big effort to help you, especially when things happen. My stepdaughter had a fall on way to hotel and was shaken up and they immediately helped her to find a Dr open on a sunday, gave her drink and arranged a really quick early check in. BEDS ARE SO COMFORTABLE. You able to store luggage and is well safely managed, even a small room to wait in if you need it with vending machines, microwave, sink and access to lovely toilets etc, The little thing matter. Short walk to Darling Harbour, Chinese Garden, Ice Cream Shop, supermarket 8 min walk
