Apartments comfortable , staff pleasant, facilities pretty good, showers ok . BUT . Pray the lifts are fixed if you want to go out . We have been unable to get out of the hotel sometimes , from the top floors (14-40) . Two out of the three lifts were out of action , causing major inconvenience . This was a very dangerous fire risk situation for guests and staff . Sometimes we waited 15 mins , sometimes 25 mins before giving up . Too bad if you had a plane to catch . Too bad if you had to go to work . Too bad if you are elderly or disabled. Staff suggested walking down the steps (yes, from the top floors ) . It was pointed out by many guests that the one working lift almost always arrived full and you couldn’t get in . Lifts were continually overloaded . This is expected to go on for around four weeks . Staff blamed ‘contractors’. Staff don’t seem to understand that they too are at risk . This is a dangerous, very probably illegal situation . See the Workcare / Workcover legislation . If performing artists working in Brisbane can’t get to the theatre on time for their shows , and a whole show were cancelled, I imagine this could probably have legal consequences for the hotel owners .

The room was sufficient for our needs. However, our experience was marred by a series of issues. The staff were unable to provide clear directions, book activities, or answer basic questions, which resulted in frustrating service. Cleaning standards fell well short of expectations, with inconsistencies in the supplies provided. An unpleasant odor lingered throughout the entire building. Our stay was also negatively impacted by excessive noise from other guests who were yelling, fighting, and slamming doors. Given these challenges, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Awesome large room, nice and clean, great view, fabulous location . Fantastic staff. Parking was a little expensive but safe and secure.
