Checked into a dirty room with soiled dished mixed in with clean. Floors/ bench tops dirty and not vacumed or mopped. Roll away bed for 5th person was a mattress on the dirty floor. Balcony and bedroom balcony roller door would not open due to rollers broken. Multiple broken fixtures within apartment.
