Checked into a dirty room with soiled dished mixed in with clean. Floors/ bench tops dirty and not vacumed or mopped. Roll away bed for 5th person was a mattress on the dirty floor. Balcony and bedroom balcony roller door would not open due to rollers broken. Multiple broken fixtures within apartment.

Enjoyed my stay very much and will stay there in future if work permits. The only thing I would change is having a ground floor room,
